Brian Bush

Brian has been at the helm of Heritage Properties since 2001. Since his arrival, the company has grown and diversified. Prior to 2001, Brian’s career focused on single family home development. He has built over 350 homes, renovated all types of buildings, and developed and redeveloped land and buildings. Brian has achieved IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation, holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License (unlimited) and is a graduate of St. Anselm College.

Mindy Diamantopoulos
Senior Vice President

Mindy is responsible for all the residential and commercial property management operations at Heritage Properties. Mindy has risen through the ranks due to her great skills and personality. Mindy oversees all properties and staff and is the key operations person in the Organization. She has achieved IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. She also holds a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) for Low Income Housing Tax Credit. She holds a BS in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University.

Chris Petersen
Asset Manager

Chris manages a portfolio of multifamily assets consisting of nearly 900 units across 12 sites. He is responsible for corporate finances, reporting and budgeting. Chris also assists with the lender financing for acquisition and disposition of both the residential and commercial portfolios that we manage. He has earned IREM’s Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Anselm College.

Katie Cullerot
Staff Accountant

As staff accountant, Katie performs general accounting functions for the Organization’s portfolio of properties. These duties include maintaining financial reports and records, as well as performing general bookkeeping and budget preparation. Katie is currently a Master in Business Administration (MBA) candidate at Assumption College. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Assumption College, with a Minor in Management.

Ellen has been with Heritage Properties for over 3 years. She has over 10 years of experience as an accounts payable specialist. As the Financial Admin she oversees the PO process, Payable and Assists the accounting team with various duties.

Samantha Binder
Marketing Manager

Samantha is new to Heritage Properties this year. She is responsible for marketing of all properties in the Heritage Portfolio. Prior to Heritage, she worked in the hotel and restaurant industry for 5 years as a sales and marketing manager. Samantha received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New England and also attended the University of Colorado Boulder for Business.

Jeff Bush
Acquisitions Analyst

Jeff is tasked with identifying, inspecting, and closing new acquisition, redevelopment, and investment opportunities. His specific duties include generating financial models, financial auditing, and coordinating the operational transition of new projects. Prior to Heritage, he worked with disadvantaged individuals at the Latham Center in Brewster. Jeff holds a BS in Psychology from Brown University.

Community Manager of the 491 Portfolio

April is responsible for the management of 491 market rate apartment homes in the Greater Lowell area. Previously she was the Property Manager at our Meadow Lane Apartments. She has achieved IREM’s Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification and has several years of experience in Resident Relations Administration and Management.

Danielle King
Community Manager of Grant Mill

Danielle is newly hired with Heritage Properties to run our Providence, RI location purchased in 2017. Danielle has been engaged in the Property Management Industry for five years prior to joining the Heritage Properties' team. She has achieved IREM's Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification. In addition, Danielle has her BS in History from Rhode Island College and a MA in Public History from Southern New Hampshire University.

Community Manager of The Residence at Joan's Farm

Gretchen has been with Heritage Properties for 9 years in the corporate office helping the company grow. She is currently the onsite Community Manager for the Residence at Joan's Farm which consists of 4 brand new luxury buildings in Tewksbury, MA. As the manager, she oversee many facets of the property including but not limited to maintenance, leasing, resident concerns, budget/rental income and other duties to ensure successful management of the property.

Elizabeth Gosule
Community Manager of Matrix

Elizabeth became a member of the Heritage Properties team in 2016. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and over 10 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry. Elizabeth oversees the daily operations and community life at Matrix. Elizabeth is a graduate of UMASS Amherst and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Maintenance Technician of The Residence's at Joan's Farm

Greg first started at Heritage in 2012 as a groundskeeper part time and moved up through the company to become a maintenance technician full time at our East Meadow Lane location in Lowell since 2016. He is now the Maintenance Technician at our new property in Tewksbury, The Residence's at Joan's Farm. He has a background in plumbing and general repairs and also is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).

Stephen just joined the Heritage Properties team in 2017 and is excited about his future endeavors with the company! Stephen comes to us with over nine years of experience serving as a maintenance technician in various industries including three years in luxury apartment communities. He also spent a year as a contractor building homes. He is certified as a Type-II and Type-III technician in Refrigerant Usage and Handling.
