Heritage Properties, a family-owned property management company based out of Lowell, MA, has announced their expansion into Worcester with the addition of third-party management services at The Kiln, a new residential development scheduled to open for occupancy in early 2023. Utilizing a local team, Heritage Properties will oversee The Kiln’s lease-up and provide dedicated, onsite management and maintenance.
